Status of the Agreement
This User Agreement is a public offer by the individual developer and owner of the StemRed service. Registration, sign-in, or use of the service means full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
If translations differ, the Russian-language version is used for interpretation.
Service
StemRed provides a messenger for accounts, contacts, chats, rooms, files, voice messages, calls, notifications, and related security functions.
The service is provided “as is”. The operator may change, limit, suspend, or stop individual functions when required for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Registration
The user must provide accurate registration data, keep account credentials confidential, and be responsible for actions performed through their account.
By registering, the user confirms acceptance of this Agreement and the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy.
User Rules
The user must not use StemRed for unlawful activity, spam, malware distribution, harassment, impersonation, infringement of rights, or distribution of prohibited information.
The user must not attempt to bypass authorization, interfere with service operation, scan infrastructure without permission, or access accounts, chats, files, or calls of other users without authorization.
Encryption and Content
Messages, files, attachments, voice messages, and voice calls are protected by end-to-end encryption. The operator does not have users’ private keys and cannot read encrypted content.
The user remains responsible for content they send, publish, forward, or voluntarily provide to support, complaints, or other unencrypted channels.
Moderation and Restrictions
The operator may restrict access to an account, room, function, or material when there are signs of abuse, security risk, violation of this Agreement, or a lawful request from an authorized authority.
The operator may preserve technical logs and available account information for security, incident investigation, and compliance with legal requirements.
Personal Data
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy. The user may exercise their rights through built-in support or support@chat-stem.ru.
The user gives consent to processing of personal data required for registration, authentication, delivery of service functions, support, security, and compliance with law.
Liability
The operator is not liable for failures caused by user equipment, third-party networks, hosting providers, stores, browsers, operating systems, or user violation of this Agreement.
The user is liable for unlawful use of the service and for damage caused to the operator, other users, or third parties.
Changes and Contacts
The operator may update this Agreement by publishing a new version on the website. Continued use of the service after publication means acceptance of the updated terms.
